Younger pupils have the choice of Layston C of E First School or Millfield First School, both feeding in to Edwinstree C of E Middle School, which in turn feeds Freman College and sixth form. Alternative seniors schools can be found at the ‘good' rated Meridian School in Royston or the independent International Baccalaureate school St Edmunds in nearby Ware.
